Marc McMillian, has experience in real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, and business law and formation, as well as matters involving local government, zoning, personal injury, and premises liability. J. Marc McMillian
Founder & Managing Attorney
J. Marc McMillian is a 2018 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law and a lifelong resident dedicated to serving Central and South Mississippi. Before law school, he attended Delta State University, where he played baseball and was inducted into the Athletic Director’s Hall of Fame in 2015.
In 2019, Marc opened McMillian Law, PLLC with a mission to meet the legal needs of local businesses and families. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, wills and trust planning, and business law, while also drawing on extensive experience in personal injury, local government, and zoning matters.
Marc is active in the community, serving on the Board of the Simpson County Development Foundation and the Economic Development Committee for Magee’s Main Street Association.
